landmark contributing building/ adaptive reuse

restaurant, market, & indoor farm

Work completed with OZ Architecture

Adaptive reuse project as a landmark contributing building on a prominent corner in Lodo Denver. At a modest 7,200 SF it incorporates an indoor growing farm for half of the building, supporting a restaurant and market, additional support spaces around and in the basement; future roof deck upgrades included in the overall design. Complete renovation of the exterior, plumbing upgrades, all new mechanical systems, upgraded electrical service, and structural upgrades have breathed new life into this iconic building.

As the project manager/architect, coordinated directly with ownership, contractor, consultants, city and internal team to take the design from schematic to built-reality. Was responsible for all coordination, schedule, meetings, proposal revisions, city coordination, custom detailing, quality control, permitting, and Denver Landmark Preservation coordination.
